At ORS Hair Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is successfully received.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
